Attend 5 group fitness classes every week for 5 weeks and you could win BIG! Create some consistency and healthy habits in a fun filled environment as we move into the Winter months.
RULES:
You must attend 4 strength and/or cardio based classes and 1 mobility class per week to go in the draw.
Classes must be AT LEAST 30 minutes to qualify as 1 complete class.
