ABOUT ME

Hello! Iā€™m Jax. I found my way to Tauranga from the South Island in 2017. After working in disability support for 6 years I needed a change of pace and followed my gut, which led me into the fitness industry. Exercise can shift your mindset and empower you to find strength inside and out, and I am so grateful to work in this space every day.

WHY TRAIN WITH ME

I believe every person can find movement that they love, that gets them fit and strong for life. I am passionate and experienced in different modalities of training, ranging from reformer pilates and low impact training to strength training, box-fit, conditioning and group fitness. I will meet you where you are at - whatever age and stage - and guide, motivate and support you to improve. Together, let's get you to your own version of healthy and confident.
